Last day of my internship!
Well these three months flew by, and today’s my last day of interning at Fablevision Studios in Boston. Such an awesome place to work. Super nice people and projects that really mean something. Working on Peter H. Reynolds' film was both challenging as well as rewarding, especially since I related to the subject matter personally (not sure how much I can say about it, so that's all I'll say).
I came into Fablevision with not much Flash knowledge under my belt. I was a little nervous since that’s the main animation program they use in the studio, but I learned a lot in just three months, and my confidence with the program has grown significantly. I decided that Flash is the program I’m going to use for my thesis film.
I met some great people at Fablevision and I can’t express how grateful I am for the opportunity I got to intern here for the summer. I hope to be back someday. :)
A bit of cool news - I was invited to be in Fablevision Studios art show, “Creative Juices” in Boston this Friday night! This is the piece I’ll be showing, some concept art from my thesis film I’ll be making this year.
This Thursday will be my last day interning with Fablevision. Such an awesome experience and place to work… I hope to be back someday!
Oh boy oh boy thesis stuff!
Some very early boards. May change in the future but here’s a sneak peek of what I’ve been working on so far.
Pig and crocodile. Random little doodle from tonight.
A roughish thesis concept piece.
Am I seriously going into my thesis year?
I’m trying to write my script for thesis and productivity is through the floor

I can’t believe the semester is over and I’m gonna be a senior in college. But summer break means fun girls days out with my best friend back in MA, Shayla! Here’s to aimlessly wandering around the mall and Gourmet Donuts iced coffees.
